Moncley Castle
Moncley Castle is a masterpiece of neo-classical architecture, it was built from 1778 to 1790 by architect Alexandre Bertrand. It has a remarkable collection of wallpapers made from 1785 to 1787, of many pieces of furniture and paintings.

The city of Art and History of Besançon is dominated by the imposing silhouette of its citadel. Its geography and its specific history turned it progressively into a military stronghold, a garrison city, a political center and a religious capital.

The houses merchandizing of Nancray

The Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans
The Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans is the first great work of industrial architecture. From 1778 to 1895, the salt was produced from salt water pumped to the great Saltworks of Salins-Les. All designed by the architect Claude-Nicolas Ledoux is on the Unesco World Heritage.
