Dominated by the impressive fortified cathedral Sainte-Cécile, "Albi the Red" built in brick, extends to the edge of Tarn. Albi is a historic place whose name was given to the followers of Catharism. Hometown of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, it houses a museum about the Post-Impressionist painter.
The animal park in Gramat
With an area of 40 hectares, the safaripark de Gramat is situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel régional des Causses du Quercy between Rocamadour and Padirac. It allows to observe more than 1000 wild and domestic animals, mainly European but also exotic.
